Most of Chotto products are dispatched within one business day. The customer should input a complete and correct address upon checkout. For efficiency in delivery, our system discourages cancellations after payment has been made.Ā  Your item will be shipped via courier or the Australia Post, depending on its package size and weight, within 5-10 business days. Customers will be provided with unique tracking numbers to monitor online deliveries.

  • PO Boxes cannot receive items above 25kg or longer than one meter
